![]() ![]() For each course, all the food came out at the same time. The server tried to rectify the liquid Mac and cheese by replacing with a different one, but it was still the same, unfortunately. The birthday card and complimentary dessert were nice touches. The crème brûlée was also a very decadent dessert.Service:Very nice, professional, accommodating, and attentive. I'd highly recommend the bananas foster because the slight bitterness of the flambeed liqueur really paired well with the richness of the bananas. For desserts, I got a complimentary small version of the bananas fosters, which was a pleasant surprise! It was also the perfect portion too because I was stuffed from the meal. The lobster tacos were also hot and flavorful. The lobster bisque was served with a decent size crab claw, and the soup tasted rich and creamy, but light at the same time. We were offered a complimentary dish from the kitchen, which I thought was a nice surprise. Besides the inconsistencies with the steaks and mac and cheese, I thought everything else was great. However, the truffle flavor was still good. I've enjoyed this mac and cheese before where it was a little more dry and cheesy. There was a pool of liquid cream at the bottom of the bowl. ![]() The truffled Mac and cheese was disappointing because it was more liquidy than how I've enjoyed it in the past. Another filet that was ordered at the table was not evenly seasoned because there was was a couple bites that tasted of heavy salt, and it was also looked medium rare instead of medium (again, not a big deal). I also thought the meat was slightly tough and under seasoned. This wasn't a huge issue because I can eat mid-rare steaks, it's just a slight temperature difference. My filet mignon was ordered at medium temp and I thought it was leaning more towards medium rare as the color was more red than pink, and the center was room temperature and not warm. Food: The food was definitely high quality however, the execution was average. There was a live band performing next to the bar, which set a more casual mood compared to the main dining room. It was noisy in the bar area, but considerable less noisy in the main dining room. Ambience: Restaurant was dimly lit to promote a more intimate dining experience. Last night's dinner experience was noticeably different in terms of food quality. I've been here a couple times before and had exceptional service and food that were deserving of 5-star reviews. I celebrated a birthday dinner at Eddie V's on Thursday, Maat 7 pm. It's kind of covered by the crust, and the crab meat is on the red, but it is absolutely perfectly made almost no fillers, all crab meat and delicious you may want to if you're super hungry we're also added some spinach and mac & cheese and old was absolutely greatI did not feel like the menu was overpriced, because we are in a center of Tyson in a very beautiful restaurant with amazing service so in my opinion, the prices of reflecting all of the above mentioned, and still were not super high at all definitely recommend if you and Tyson next time it's a go to place My partner got crabcake, which is not your typical traditional crabcake. I also got wedge salad with some extra tomatoes, and absolutely loved it. Everything I ordered tasted absolutely delicious I got yellowtail carpaccio, which was fresh and the dream about. They have all kinds of steaks so I just love how it's a mixture of options. You can get regular salad and a Japanese. Food : I love the diversity of the menu you can get some raw fish sashimi style you can get raw steak salad. And All the bartenders are super friendly. you may wait 10 to 15 minutes to find a seat at the bar. so make sure if you want to sit at the tables you make reservations. bar is very lively and the restaurant is very busy. They do play live music but it's not too. I couldn't figure it out so I thought maybe I will help the yelper community out here Ambience: a the atmosphere is absolutely great. You will walk out of them another restaurant, which name I forgot now and.walk to the eddies this way. You can either park at the Hyatt hotel garage and walk up to the restaurant that way where you can park in the garage that his restaurant is above and your room park on whatever level you get in and then take the elevator to the lobby. Great place in Tyson corner Let me get into some details Parking : I found two options. ![]()
